Many of our Group Exercise classes can be modified to fit almost any fitness level!  We welcome newcomers to all of our classes!  If you have any questions, or physical limitations, please speak with the instructor prior to class begins.  As always, if there are any classes you're interested in, please keep us posted!  We will do our best to accommodate your requests!

Class Descriptions


Group Power is YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best!

GROUP core

Let's get Hard Core! Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body wieght, weight plates, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. hatha flow Yoga

A combination of static and flowing stretching poses to promote flexibility, breath and relaxation.

Gentle stretching and strengthening static poses to promote flexibility and relaxation.


The dynamic stretching techniques of yoga combined with the core stabilization and strengthening of Pilates. (Courtsports Eugene Only)


Designed to include weight bearing activities which encourage development of muscle strength and power as well as promote dynamic balance to help maintain bone density and prevent falls in older adults.

vinyasa yoga

A fast-paced, fluid class linking breath and movement which promotes strength and flexibility.

golden slippers

A variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. (Reserve a spot up to 2 days in advance with the Service Desk).


An energetic, fun, FAST paced dance workout with exciting and unique Latin moves.


The ULTIMATE indoor biking experience combined with high energy music for extra motivation. (Reserve a bike up to 2 days in advance with the Service Desk.)

Cycle express

Pack all of your favorite elements of an intense Cycle Class into 30 minutes! (Reserve a bike up to 2 days in advance with the Service Desk.)

hard core

An endurance based class that focuses primarily on strengthening and toning the core stabilizing muscles to increase performance and improve posture.

sd kickbox

Martial Arts and Self Defense techniques meet cardio interval training for an energetic total body workout suitable for all levels.(Courtsports Eugene Only)

insanity/piyo core

This 30 minute Insanity class is combined with a 30 minute PiYo class focused on building a strong core, flat sculpted abs, and a strong back. Join us for the whole hour, or half, your choice!

piyo express

A low impact 30 minute class to strengthen and tone muscles using flowing movements and dynamic sequences.

circuit express

This 30 minute circuit class includes a variety of body weight, dumbbell, and cardio exercises to make you sweat!

pop pilates

Combines dance choreography with Pilates moves for an intense total body workout that is FUN and effective.  We will put the CORE in coordination while also working our legs, arms, backs and booties!  You will leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to take on MORE.  *This class is perfect for all exercisers and can be easily modified.

cardio conditioning

This low impact cardio class is focused on conditioning the body and mind while improving balance for daily activities.

weights/pilates combo

The first 30 minutes of this class will include a variety of weighted exercises designed to strengthen the body while promoting balance.  The class will conclude with 25 minutes of Pilates-based mat exercises, focused on strength, flexibility, and control of breath.


Free weight and body weight training with low reps and high sets specifically to improve strength.

power hour

High energy workout that combines an easy, yet effective cardio routine interlaced with weights and resistance for total body conditioning.

modified yoga

Simple yoga poses modified using a chair.

barre fit

Use a ballet barre, body weight and small hand weights along with tiny, controlled movements to isolate specific muscles.  Prepare to increase muscle endurance and drip sweat!
