ERIN PIIBOR

Erin holds an M.S. in Exercise Science as well as a Masters in Public Administration.  An ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Erin's training focus includes injury prevention and rehabilitation, pre/post natal care, nutrition, weight loss, functional fitness, athletic performance, agility, range of motion, sculpting and stretching.  Erin's goal as a trainer is to create effective and successful workouts that support each individual's needs and goals.

Peggy Grimes

Peggy holds a B.S. in Fitness Management  She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist with TBMM.  She also has training in Muscle Activation Technique, Cancer Exercise Training and AEA aquatics.  She specializes in incorporating core work and high intensity intervals into strength training routines to facilitate weight loss; helping cancer survivors and other people with chronic conditions safely regain fitness, and restor proper body alignment and correct muscular balance.

Tessa is a Fitness Specialist with a Degree in Exercise and Movement Science as well as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.  It is Tessa's passion to help others achieve their best life through health and fitness.  It is her ultimate goal to see members feel successful while in the Club as well as during their everyday life.  Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, need some new ideas, or want to take your workouts to the next level, Tessa will be sure to inspire you with her knowledge, warm spirit, and enthusiasm for all things health and fitness!

brian proctor

Brian is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and an IYCA Speed and Agility Specialist.  He enjoys working with people of all ages and ability levels, and is also experience with helping individuals train around lingering injuries.  His strengths include emphasizing fun during workouts and adapting to individual needs.  In terms of programming, Brian assigns workout intensity appropriate to each person's initial fitness level and efficiently progresses them towards their goals.  Brian was a sprinter for Scottsdale Community College and played varsity basketball at South Eugene High School.  He also coaches speed, strength and agility for local area high schools.

Morgan Watson

An ACE certified Fitness Professionals International, Morgan specializes in functional fitness.  Training since 2002, he enjoys seeing his clients reach their goals, both large and small.  An avid climber and mountaineer, he enjoys backpacking, running, traveling, scuba diving, as well as training for the next adventure!
